Clear Skies & Stargazing

Central Oregon's elevation and low humidity make winter skies exceptional. Bring binoculars or just sit outside and watch. The Milky Way is visible on clear nights without needing a telescope.

Golf Still Accessible

The course doesn't close. Snow is rare, and when it comes, it melts fast. Winter golf here means rounds without the summer crowds, often on the same day you saw the morning frost.

Dining & Community

Local restaurants and bars in the community stay open year-round. You'll see the same faces week to week—other extended stayers, staff, locals who know the canyon well. It's how friendships form.

How to apply for your monthly site.

We are now accepting applications for winter extended stays. Limited availability for monthly sites opens October 1. Apply early — spots are limited.

Step 1: Apply or Call — Submit the form below, or call 541-923-1441 to discuss your dates and site preferences. Let us know if you're returning or new.

Step 2: Complete Application — Standard application review includes driver info, emergency contact, insurance proof, and acknowledgment of park rules.

Step 3: Reserve Your Site — Once you're approved, we'll offer a site. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Step 4: Move In — Monthly stays begin as early as October 1. Check-in is 2 pm. Check-out is 12 pm.

Before you apply, please note:
  • All RVs must be no more than 10 years old. Older RVs may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with an in-person inspection and must be in very good condition.
  • All monthly applicants are required to provide proof of RV insurance before check-in.
  • Monthly stays run October 1 through April 30. Limited availability opens October 1. All monthly guests must vacate by April 30.
  • A background check will be conducted as part of the application process.
  • Maximum 3 occupants per RV, 2 pets, and 2 vehicles.

Pet Owner Declaration

I declare that my pet(s) are not aggressive and do not have a history of biting, attacking, or threatening people or other animals. I understand and accept that:

  • I am solely responsible for my pet(s) and any behavioral issues that may occur during my stay, including but not limited to attacks on other animals or people, running off-leash outside designated areas, excessive barking, or property damage.
  • I will be liable for any damages, injuries, or costs caused by my pet(s) to other guests, their pets, park property, or staff.
  • If my pet becomes a nuisance — including excessive barking, aggressive behavior, running loose, or any other disturbance — management reserves the right to require my immediate departure from the park.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times outside the designated off-leash dog area.

  • I understand that RVs must be no more than 10 years old unless approved by management after an in-person inspection.
  • All information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
