$850/month applies to any arrival date. We opened the extended-stay season early, so the monthly rate is no longer tied to October 1. All monthly guests vacate by April 30. Summer brings hikers, day-use visitors, and overflow from nearby attractions. Winter empties out. You get the canyon without the crowd.
Central Oregon's elevation and low humidity make winter skies exceptional. Bring binoculars or just sit outside and watch. The Milky Way is visible on clear nights without needing a telescope.
The course is year-round. It still closes for weather and maintenance — it has to. Snow is rare, and when it comes, it melts fast. When it's open, winter golf here means rounds without the summer crowds, often on the same day you saw the morning frost.
Local restaurants and bars in the community stay open year-round. You'll see the same faces week to week—other extended stayers, staff, locals who know the canyon well. It's how friendships form.

Step 2: Complete Application — Standard application review includes driver info, emergency contact, insurance proof, and acknowledgment of park rules.
Step 3: Reserve Your Site — Once you're approved, we'll offer a site. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Step 4: Move In — Move in now; 5 sites are ready today, with 13 more opening October 1. Check-in is 2 pm. Check-out is 12 pm.
